What You'll Do

- Document customer interactions in our CRM software, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development of customer support materials and FAQs to streamline the support process.
- Handle conflict resolution and customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Support the logistics team in coordinating shipments and tracking orders as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Zendesk or similar platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Familiarity with logistics terminology and processes is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
