What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.

  • Document customer interactions in our CRM software, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the development of customer support materials and FAQs to streamline the support process.
  • Handle conflict resolution and customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support the logistics team in coordinating shipments and tracking orders as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Familiarity with logistics terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
