Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the blockchain or crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance.
• Proven track record of successful sales and partnership development in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools to track sales performance.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for technology.
