About the Role

Join WHSmith as a Sales Assistant and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering fantastic store standards and ensuring that our customers have a memorable shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Carry out stock replenishment and maintain tidy, inviting store areas.
• Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find products easily.
• Support colleagues and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
