About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Strategy and Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy, sales execution, and data-driven decision-making. What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and automate integrated dashboards that provide actionable insights into the entire customer journey, from initial marketing touchpoints to closed-won sales.
• Analyze data across the full tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Web Analytics) to identify trends, conversion bottlenecks, and high-growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership to refine attribution models, ensuring clear visibility into marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline and overall ROI.
• Define and track key performance indicators (MQLs, SQLs, Win Rates, CAC, LTV) to provide accurate revenue forecasts and identify potential risks.
• Oversee and optimize our integrated technology stack, including Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and sales engagement tools (e.g., MixMax).
• Design and implement scalable workflows for lead routing, lead scoring, and automated nurturing programs to ensure seamless handoffs between teams.
• Maintain a "source of truth" by ensuring data cleanliness, implementing data enrichment strategies, and managing audience segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on definitions, goals, and execution strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations or Business Intelligence, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert-level experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRMs (Salesforce).
• Proven ability to create impactful dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills are required; proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for advanced data extraction is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of funnel mechanics, lead management, and the tactical requirements of sales and marketing alignment.
