Senior Frontend Developer - Growth for Meal Delivery Service

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Growth team at HelloFresh. This Senior Frontend Developer remote position allows you to contribute to our mission of expanding our customer base and enhancing user experiences. You will work on digital products that are utilized by millions globally, helping to transform how people eat.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy software solutions for various HelloFresh markets and brands to provide the best experience for our customers.
• Take ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations of the solutions you create, employing DevOps practices and pair programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams, including Product Owners, Backend Engineers, Designers, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Implement features that improve the user journey and enhance the purchasing process for our customers.
• Write unit, integration, and functional test cases, applying formalized testing methodologies like TDD and BDD.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an agile software development environment.
• 2+ years of experience with React JS or similar JavaScript frameworks (React Native, Angular, VueJS).
• Hands-on experience in continuous delivery and deploying to customer-facing applications.
• Experience with server-side technologies such as Next.js, Nest.js, Nuxt.js, or Remix.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Honeycomb, Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to mobile app development through React Native or native iOS/Android.
• Working knowledge of backend languages such as NodeJS, Python, or GoLang.
