Requirements
- 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, demonstrating a strong sales track record.
- Prospector mentality and self-motivated approach to achieve sales targets.
- Strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, to manage customer relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
