What You'll Do

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling and door-to-door sales.
• Develop and grow a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers to foster loyalty.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals to drive personal and company success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet company-wide objectives and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive sales records in CRM systems to track progress and strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, demonstrating a strong sales track record.
• Prospector mentality and self-motivated approach to achieve sales targets.
• Strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, to manage customer relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
