What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies.
• Create engaging job descriptions and recruiting plans to attract top talent.
• Interact with candidates on social media and job boards to promote our open positions.
• Organize and conduct online interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage the internal candidate database to keep track of potential hires.
• Communicate our cultural values and benefits to candidates effectively.
• Support daily operations and maintain hiring-related documentation.
• Participate in personal development and team-building activities to foster a collaborative work culture.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles.
• Experience in headhunting is a bonus.
• Strong team player with a passion for Talent Acquisition activities.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Passion for recruitment and networking.
