What You'll Do
- Lead outbound sales efforts across North America as a Sales Account Executive - Remote.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
- Leverage an existing network of clients and partners for new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in outbound sales within HR tech.
- Strong existing network within the HR tech industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
