Remote Program Manager - Join a Leading Tech Company

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Concord Technologies. In this role, you will be pivotal in defining, prioritizing, and executing new product features and strategic programs. As a Remote Program Manager, you will engage with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of our innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand and flesh out product initiatives.
• Write detailed Agile stories for development teams to facilitate smooth execution.
• Engage with UI designers and software architects to align on project goals.
• Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions to ensure team efficiency.
• Facilitate daily stand-up calls with the team to track progress and address challenges.
• Monitor issues and risks, driving solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain a backlog of work and participate in report outs to stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering management to evaluate execution efficiencies and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with globally dispersed teams to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business management.
• Minimum of 5 years in software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in product or program management roles.
• Experience as an Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience managing programs across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with Cloud-based solutions is a plus.

• Experience with advanced analytics tools.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in project management.
• Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools.
