Reward Specialist - Remote Opportunity at Mercedes-Benz
About the Role
We are seeking a Reward Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mercedes-Benz. This remote opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in shaping competitive reward packages that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. As a Reward Specialist, you will leverage your data-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement to deliver best-in-class compensation and benefits solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the People Business Partner team and business stakeholders to proactively deliver insightful HR reporting, including regulatory reporting such as the gender pay gap.
- Support the delivery of compensation activities, including annual salary reviews, bonuses, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.
- Manage core benefits activities, including benefit renewals and supplier management, to ensure a seamless colleague experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Group Income Protection Scheme and Share Incentive Plan.
- Work closely with the Reward and Systems Specialist to implement and deliver HR systems effectively.
- Provide expert ad-hoc Reward advice, collaborating with various teams to align with the UK People Plan.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a Compensation and Benefits role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills and confident use of Power BI to drive insights.
- Clear and confident communication style, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Workday is desirable, but not essential.
