Reward Coordinator - HR Focused Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Reward Coordinator to join our team at Springer Nature. This Reward Coordinator remote position will focus on managing benefits administration in the UK while supporting the attraction and retention of talent through effective reward programs.

What You'll Do

• Manage all benefits administration tasks and queries, including oversight of the Reward inbox.
• Provide subject matter expertise on benefits-related policies and ensure compensation process integrity.
• Design effective communications for various benefit offerings to promote our diverse range of benefits.
• Ensure that benefits offerings are well communicated and updated across all channels.
• Oversee Loyalty Award events in alignment with budget and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain accurate benefit information on the benefits platform.
• Support the Senior Reward Manager with financial analysis on key reward projects, including pension reviews and annual benefit renewals.
• Assist with additional HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience as a Benefits or Reward Administrator or HR Generalist with a focus on rewards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing workloads and prioritize effectively.
• Intermediate technical skills in Excel and capacity to learn HR information systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Payroll.
• Familiarity with HRIS Workday.
