About the Role

We are looking for a Reverse Mortgage Marketing Assistant - Remote to join our dynamic team at NightOwl Consulting. This role is essential in supporting our marketing and outreach efforts within the senior lending market, specifically targeting homeowners aged 62 and above. As a Reverse Mortgage Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, managing CRM systems, and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting homeowners age 62+.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns.
• Manage and update CRM systems with lead and referral partner data.
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Create and edit marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social posts, and landing pages.
• Draft social media posts, blog content, and educational materials related to reverse mortgages.
• Coordinate seminars, webinars, and community education events.
• Ensure marketing materials align with industry regulations and company compliance standards.
• Monitor inbound marketing inquiries and route leads appropriately.
• Maintain organized digital files and marketing calendars.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (email platforms, social scheduling tools).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services.
• Familiarity with reverse mortgage products.
• Experience with compliance-regulated marketing environments.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating educational content for seniors.
