About the Role

We're hiring a Legal Document Production Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team at SmartPA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality document production support for our law firm clients. As a Legal Document Production Specialist, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency in document management.

What You'll Do

• Deliver accurate and high-quality document production support.
• Collaborate with clients and support teams to produce and format a wide range of legal documents.
• Troubleshoot formatting issues and ensure version control.
• Work with document management systems and relevant software.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay adaptable and support the team during peak workloads.
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in legal document work.
• Experience with complex document management.
• Strong MS Word skills and proficiency in other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with PDFdocs, DocuSign, and digital dictation software.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with precision.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high standards of delivery.
