About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Restaurant Technologies. This remote position is perfect for those who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will support our external customers by troubleshooting service issues and delivering high-level service via phone support in a centralized call center.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound technical service calls from customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in customer service preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in hands-on equipment repair is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual speaking preferred (Spanish/English).
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries.
  • Team collaboration abilities to work effectively with colleagues.
