About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Administrator - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will manage the administration of retirement plans, ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. You will play a crucial part in the termination of retirement plans, providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the process.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the administration of retirement plans, including 401(k) plans and compliance testing.
  • Manage plan terminations and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Prepare IRS Form 5500 and assist with asset valuations.
  • Conduct nondiscrimination testing and ensure compliance with ERISA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Retirement Plan Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations related to retirement plans.
  • Experience with PensionPro and FTW software is a plus.
  • QKA certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data analysis and payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles related to retirement plans.
  • Previous experience in client management and customer service.
