What You'll Do

• Provide personalized customer support to enhance the customer experience.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store organization.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer loyalty and trust.
• Provide after-sales assistance and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage cash transactions securely and accurately.
• Organize store displays and maintain cleanliness for a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales environment.
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt and learn continuously.
• Demonstrated values of collaboration, trust, and empathy.
