Retail Associate - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Associate to join our team at Kaufland. As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our products are well-presented.

What You'll Do

• Store, handle, and transport goods efficiently.
• Ensure shelves are stocked correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor expiration dates and adhere to product placement rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the store floor.
• Provide friendly and customer-oriented service at the assisted display, grill, and checkout counters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• Kindness, seriousness, and responsibility in your work.
• Positive example in behavior and relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills.
