What You'll Do

• Coordinate and supervise the dining service, ensuring efficient organization of the team and high-quality service.
• Plan shifts, assign tasks, and manage the team effectively to maintain service standards.
• Oversee service quality, ensuring a smooth rhythm and attentive customer care.
• Manage orders, stock control, and inventory to optimize resources.
• Handle billing functions and cash closing procedures.
• Optimize table occupancy and rotation based on demand.
• Execute service autonomously while promoting suggested sales.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, order standards, and regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Manager).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is essential.
• Hospitality training is valued.
• Valid Food Handler Certificate.
• Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and service protocols is a plus.
