About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Resident Works Supervisor II to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in overseeing the Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme in Hong Kong, ensuring that all works are executed to the highest standards. As a Resident Works Supervisor II, you will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work performed to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and compliance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Certificate from a recognized institution in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a skilled worker in construction or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English at a level equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
