About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Resident Works Supervisor II to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in overseeing the Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme in Hong Kong, ensuring that all works are executed to the highest standards. As a Resident Works Supervisor II, you will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work performed to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Certificate from a recognized institution in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a skilled worker in construction or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English at a level equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
