About the Role

We’re hiring a Research Knowledge Manager to join our innovative team at Monzo. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our research capabilities and ensuring that our insights are effectively utilized across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate our research knowledge estate thoroughly, including raw data, qualitative and quantitative insights, and literature reviews.
• Identify an operating model for research knowledge management that scales with Monzo’s growth.
• Create conditions for successful knowledge management, ensuring it meets current and future user needs.
• Define how data should be structured and cataloged for reusability and reference.
• Implement the knowledge management operating model, including training and support for all users.
• Futureproof the system by establishing rituals and checks for maintenance and updates.
• Empower champion users to maintain the system and promote research insights within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience working with user research or market research teams.
• Background as an archivist, librarian, knowledge manager, content designer, or information architect.
• Demonstrable experience in automating knowledge workflows and integrating data streams.
• Familiarity with leveraging LLMs and generative AI in structuring knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in delivering transformation within organizations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with various research repository structures and tooling.
• Familiarity with metadata and taxonomies.
• Knowledge of emerging themes in user research.
