About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Website Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Bitly. What You'll Do

• Own and scale the performance of our public-facing websites and landing pages to drive user acquisition through non-paid channels.
• Collaborate with the paid acquisition team to support landing page experimentation and optimization.
• Identify new on-site acquisition opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Implement a systematic approach to website-driven acquisition, ensuring proactive testing and refinement of new ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate on strategies to improve acquisition performance continuously.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and share insights that drive overall business growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in website growth management or a similar role, with a focus on user acquisition.
• Proven track record of driving growth through website optimization and experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
