As our company expands into new markets and develops innovative technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to ensure our operations align with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to compliance while supporting our growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary contact for all regulatory compliance matters, providing guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Review and submit game and supplier certifications to the relevant regulators.
• Develop and deliver compliance training tailored to specific roles within the organization.
• Manage and implement global compliance programs in Romania, ensuring adherence to local policies.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections related to compliance.
• Assist internal and external stakeholders with compliance-related inquiries.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the iGaming, Sportsbook, or Casino sectors.
• Strong understanding of compliance obligations and regulatory dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business contacts.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and efficient.
• Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to develop crisis management plans for compliance violations.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of iGaming, Sportsbook, or Casino regulations.
