What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
• Create and oversee a comprehensive sourcing strategy tailored to various roles and locations.
• Build talent pools and pipelines by sourcing candidates across multiple channels.
• Provide a positive recruitment experience by maintaining timely and transparent communication with candidates.
• Ensure data accuracy in the internal recruitment system, keeping it complete and up to date.
• Share your insights and market findings with colleagues to enhance our recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing or talent research, particularly in the IT sector.
• Ability to serve as a candidate experience ambassador, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term candidate engagement.
• Experience in developing sourcing strategies for diverse roles and locations.
• Creative and determined approach to identifying and engaging exceptional candidates.
• Solid understanding of the IT market or other highly skilled industries.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Experience working in global or international environments, especially within European markets.
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing programs is a plus.
