About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Video Editor to join Circle's Design Studio. In this role, you'll own the editorial backbone of our video production pipeline, turning raw footage into finished stories that build trust with professional audiences. As a Remote Video Editor, you will find the story in messy raw material, shape the narrative, set pacing, and deliver a locked cut ready for animation.

What You'll Do

• Transform raw footage into polished video content that resonates with our audience.
• Collaborate closely with video producers on pre-production, scripting, and recording.
• Work alongside animators to integrate motion graphics and UI sequences into your edits.
• Manage the editing process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality output.
• Conduct color grading, audio mixing, and final delivery of video projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Video Editor in a professional setting.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work asynchronously across different time zones.
• Experience in collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality content.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with color grading and audio editing tools.
• Background in creating content for online communities or educational platforms.
