Maintenance Coordinator - Remote Support for Retail Stores

About the Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team remotely, providing essential support to our retail stores across Poland. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are well-maintained and operational. This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for maintenance issues, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that the quality of service provided by our partners continuously improves.

What You'll Do

• Implement the service plan for our stores by managing repair orders and maintenance tasks.
• Handle service requests and update information on the maintenance management platform.
• Coordinate the delivery of necessary materials to our stores in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Introduce new processes and optimize costs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure that established service levels are maintained consistently.

Requirements

• Strong multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Professional experience in a similar operational role.
• Proficient in MS Office and other IT systems.
• Experience with general administrative tasks, preferably in the retail sector.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international colleagues.

Nice to Have

• Experience in facilities management or retail operations.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software.
• Ability to speak additional languages.
