Card Operations Specialist - Remote Role at Rain

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Card Operations Specialist to join our remote team at Rain. In this role, you will manage workflows and compliance requirements related to custom card issuance, ensuring that every card meets network standards and is delivered on time. As a Card Operations Specialist remote, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, card networks like Visa, and manufacturing partners.

What You'll Do

• Interface directly with clients to guide them through ongoing card design requests.
• Review custom card design requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Check design files for correct format, resolution, and color specifications.
• Track approval status and share updates with the team.
• Submit designs to Visa using their online portal and monitor approval timelines.
• Coordinate edits based on Visa feedback and maintain records of all communications.
• Send final approved designs to manufacturing partners and track production progress.
• Host weekly project syncs with vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in operations or compliance roles, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
