About the Role

Interview Kickstart is seeking a talented Remote Video Editor to join our innovative team. As a Remote Video Editor, you will play a critical role in crafting engaging educational content that empowers tech professionals to elevate their careers. This position allows you to work remotely while contributing to a platform recognized as a leader in the EdTech industry.

What You'll Do

  • Edit green screen-based content for YouTube and social media platforms, ensuring professional keying, masking, and seamless compositing.
  • Create and repurpose videos for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and other vertical formats, focusing on fast-paced, trend-aware content.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation speed, including AI avatars, voiceovers, and visuals using platforms like RunwayML and Synthesia.
  • Take full ownership of each video project, from rough footage to final export, ensuring high-quality storytelling and pacing.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align video content with educational goals and audience engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in educational or digital content.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience with AI tools for video production is a plus.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
