About the Role

What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a related field.
  • Proven ability to conduct user research and analyze data effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Experience with usability testing and user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
