About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Education Assistant Intern to join our team at Shiseido, starting in September 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and gain hands-on experience in the beauty and skincare industry. As a Retail Education Assistant Intern, you will collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to the development of training strategies and tools for our prestigious beauty brands.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Senior Retail Education Manager in brainstorming and developing training content strategies for new product launches.
• Help create training modules using PowerPoint to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Organize training seminars, including managing invitations, gifts, catering, and logistics.
• Support the community of trainers by maintaining contact, sharing best practices, and gathering feedback.
• Manage our training platform, ensuring all training tools are accessible and up-to-date.
• Prepare quarterly reports on trainer activities and platform usage for management review.
• Engage in strategic discussions and contribute to the growth of our training community.
• Participate in the animation of training sessions, enhancing your presentation skills.

Requirements

• 1-year internship (potentially renewable).
• Master's degree in business or university.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Creative, organized, multitasker with attention to detail.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused with a strong interest in cosmetics.
• Fluent in English and French (oral and written).

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in skincare or beauty education.
• Familiarity with digital training tools.
• Interest in microbiome science and its application in skincare.
