About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Paired, a global staffing and recruiting agency. In this role, you will take ownership of website design and implementation for our growing digital business in the career services space. As a Remote UI/UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the founder to create user-friendly digital experiences that connect individuals with great job opportunities worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build clean, conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user experience.
  • Implement designs using no-code platforms such as Showit or similar tools.
  • Design and draft email marketing campaigns using platforms like Flowdesk.
  • Create visually appealing sales pages aligned with brand and conversion goals.
  • Support basic digital operations, including setting up simple tools and organizing workflows.
  • Assist with light system-related tasks that require tech-savviness.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to translate business ideas into structured, functional digital assets.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in UI/UX design with experience designing websites or landing pages.
  • Experience building live websites using no-code or low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with Showit, Webflow, Wix, or similar website builders is preferred.
  • Experience working on service-based or digital businesses is preferred.
  • A portfolio demonstrating clean layout, strong user journey thinking, and conversion-focused design.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and organized in execution.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a founder-led, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing or sales design.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border setup.
