Internal Auditor - Remote Opportunity with Gratis

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team at Gratis. This Internal Auditor remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional personal care products while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Conduct store audits and central unit reviews in accordance with the annual internal audit plan.
• Analyze store operations and internal processes to identify risks and assess control effectiveness.
• Report audit findings and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Perform risk-based audit methodologies for both on-site and remote auditing activities.
• Participate in investigations related to fraud and misconduct risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in internal auditing, process auditing, or risk management.
• Must reside in Ankara or be willing to relocate.
• Possess a Class B driver's license and be able to drive actively.
• No travel restrictions; able to accommodate out-of-town audits and stays.
• Experience in the retail sector is preferred, with knowledge of store audits and operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with auditing techniques, internal control systems, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
