About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Telemarketing Agent to join Lefebvre, a leading company in information and knowledge solutions for the legal sector. In this role, you will be responsible for making calls to potential clients in the legal field to schedule business visits, actively contributing to achieving commercial objectives and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using our CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
- Engage in client acquisition and retention activities, focusing on closing sales.
- Manage, update, and cleanse databases within the CRM.
- Ensure professional telephone communication aligned with company standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, call center, or commercial roles is essential.
- Proficiency in office tools and CRM systems.
- Strong commercial skills with a goal-oriented mindset, organizational capabilities, and resilience.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the legal sector.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
