About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create and maintain high-quality documentation that supports our innovative projects. As a Remote Technical Writer, you will collaborate with engineers and product managers to produce user guides, API documentation, and process diagrams that enhance user experience and understanding.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and process diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
• Utilize tools such as Markdown, GitHub, and Confluence to create and manage documentation.
• Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and is accessible to users.
• Conduct proofreading and editing to maintain accuracy and clarity in all written materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, Markdown, and documentation tools such as GitHub and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to cloud development, AWS, and Java.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
