About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Swayable. As a Remote Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal teams and enhancing our operational efficiency. What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve technical support tickets submitted by the Client Research Services (CRS) team.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve internal tools and processes.
• Assist in streamlining technical operations to reduce ticket resolution times.
• Provide first-line technical support for internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Escalate issues to Engineering when necessary, progressively reducing dependency on escalations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
