Remote Technical Program Manager - Blockchain Innovations

About the Role

The Monad Foundation is seeking a Remote Technical Program Manager to lead and orchestrate the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role is crucial in driving organizational clarity and ensuring alignment across priorities, facilitating the movement of programs from inception to launch. As a Remote Technical Program Manager, you will combine strong technical depth with exceptional organizational and communication skills, enabling fast, coordinated delivery in a rapidly evolving blockchain environment.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with leadership to identify key priorities and spearhead the delivery of special projects and initiatives.
• Establish and track metrics that provide insight into progress, completion, and measures of success.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Monad Foundation's organizational structure to manage project timelines, resources, and team dependencies, ensuring on-time delivery of critical launches.
• Work cross-functionally to drive internal alignment across the organization, developing understanding and alignment across business, operational, and technical teams to realize critical roadmap deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and coordination, managing meetings and discussions, escalating blockers, and driving decision-making and resolutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar cross-collaborative role at a technology start-up.
• A strong interest and desire to learn about blockchain technology and the crypto industry.
• Possess technical competency, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in leadership and/or management with technical teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Able to navigate, evaluate, and implement processes, frameworks, and approaches for maximal efficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Previous experience in the crypto or blockchain sector.
