Junior HR Business Partner - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Junior HR Business Partner to join our team at Netlight. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with various teams to enhance employee engagement and ensure effective HR practices.

What You'll Do

• Support and execute people processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Partner closely with mentors and team leads to enable the development and performance of our consultants.
• Provide guidance on labor law topics and ensure compliant HR practices in collaboration with senior colleagues.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes (locally and globally).
• Help plan and execute engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition activities.
• Analyze and interpret people data to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• University degree with a focus on Human Resources or similar education.
• 3-4 years of full-time work experience in HR, ideally in fast-paced or knowledge-driven environments.
• First experience in employee relations and partnering with mentors to translate insights into concrete actions.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes and their business impact.
• Strong communication skills.
• Business fluent in German and full professional proficiency in English.
