We are seeking a Remote Talent Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Pennylane. What You'll Do

  • Lead major strategic projects in Talent Development and Learning & Development (L&D) to support our hyper-growth phase.
  • Manage a small team, including a Learning & Development Specialist and a Project Manager, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to various employee profiles and organizational needs.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and C-level executives on succession planning and talent tracking.
  • Oversee the deployment of the Workday performance module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze internationalization challenges and ensure compliance with HR regulatory requirements in France and Europe.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in talent management, L&D, or HR development, preferably in tech scale-ups.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple strategic projects with measurable impact.
  • Strong leadership skills with direct management experience.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Understanding of French and European HR regulatory requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Experience in developing training programs for diverse teams.
