Requirements

  • Proven track record of building talent pipelines and successfully filling positions.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
