Video Producer - Remote Role at Polygon Labs

About the Role

We're hiring a Video Producer to join our dynamic team at Polygon Labs. As a Video Producer, you will play a crucial role in shaping how Polygon Labs presents itself through video content. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a leading blockchain payments company.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end video production process from raw inputs to final delivery.
• Produce engaging product demo videos, including screen recordings and feature walkthroughs.
• Capture and edit event content, including interviews and highlight reels, with potential global travel.
• Create short-form social media content and podcast cut-downs optimized for major platforms.
• Deliver fast turnarounds while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align on goals and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Leverage modern production workflows to enhance speed and consistency in video production.
• Coordinate with external support when necessary to ensure high-quality output.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality editing and motion graphics.
• Experience producing product demos, event content, and short-form social video.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and iterate under tight timelines.
• Experience capturing interviews or event footage when needed.
• Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or technical product marketing.
• Experience working with freelancers or external production partners.
• Familiarity with blockchain or onchain payments concepts.
