About the Role

In this role, you will provide essential technical support for our flagship product, Stelo Data Replicator. As a Remote Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers resolve issues and optimize their use of our software.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers using Stelo Data Replicator.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and performance-tuning of our software.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to relational databases such as Db2, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Utilize your networking skills to troubleshoot issues in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve product-related issues.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our support system.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and services.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.

Requirements

  • Strong background in relational databases (Db2, Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Experience in providing technical support in a software environment.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with cloud environments is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a support engineer or in a similar role.
