About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Strategic Live Casino Manager to join our dynamic team at ARRISE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our Live Casino product, aligning departmental goals with long-term organizational strategy. Your expertise will help us assess market trends, identify opportunities, and implement key initiatives that drive growth and meet KPIs.

What You'll Do

• Support the development of long-term organizational strategy for Live Casino.
• Align department goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
• Assess market trends and competition to identify threats and opportunities.
• Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects.
• Present findings, projections, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Support and guide Account Management and Business Development teams.
• Monitor the performance of promotional campaigns to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize strategy and ensure KPIs are met.
• Analyze existing clients’ performances and create effective strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong commercial and business development knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Fluent communication and writing skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle ad hoc duties related to the role.
