• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to assess fit.
• Work closely with recruiters and report on sourcing activities.
• Identify sourcing challenges and suggest effective solutions.
• Enjoy flexible work hours aligned with core team hours.
• Engage in project-based employment for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with Boolean searches and ATS platforms.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Able to follow structured sourcing procedures effectively.
• Proactive, adaptable, and goal-oriented mindset.
