What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy Cresta’s AI Agent solutions and proprietary models.
• Focus on practical AI challenges such as improving reasoning, planning capabilities, and evaluation in real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end and back-end engineers to integrate AI solutions.
• Work on cutting-edge projects that require hands-on experience with the latest AI technologies.
• Address key challenges such as evaluation and reliability of AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development.
• Strong background in developing and deploying AI models, particularly LLMs.
• Experience with AI Agent systems and practical applications of AI technology.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with data engineering and data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
