About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Parloa. This position is a unique opportunity to take ownership and build a thriving partner ecosystem across Spain and Italy, focusing on the growth of Conversational AI. As a core member of our founding team based in Madrid, you will lead the charge in establishing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and expand our market presence.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, recruit, and grow leading Service Partners in Spain and Italy, enhancing our partner network.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners that align with our goals and strategies, executing impactful co-selling, referrals, and implementation initiatives.
  • Lead collaborative marketing and sales efforts alongside partners, bringing innovative AI solutions to market with confidence.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with partners, ensuring goals are met and growth is accelerated.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless communication and strong alignment on goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, actively identifying new partnership opportunities to enhance Parloa’s presence in Spanish and Italian markets.
  • Represent Parloa at events and industry activities, positioning yourself and the company as thought leaders in Conversational AI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner acquisition, management, and channel sales within SaaS and contact center environments.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the Conversational AI landscape and market dynamics in Spain and Italy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Fluency in Spanish and Italian.
