About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Ether.fi, one of the largest crypto companies globally. With over $10 billion in assets under management, we are committed to building real consumer applications that revolutionize on-chain banking. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering features for our core products, including Stake, Liquid, and Cash, which enable users to earn yield and spend their assets in the real world.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of features related to our core products, ensuring high-quality implementation.
• Collaborate with designers to define the scope and technical breakdown for new features.
• Work alongside other engineers to ship high-quality code and maintain engineering excellence.
• Engage with core business metrics, such as user adoption and revenue figures, to drive product success.
• Contribute to the development of user-facing products and features, including on-chain portfolio reporting, corporate cards, Dapp interfaces, banking transfers, and notification systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional coding experience with a strong foundation in software engineering and problem-solving.
• Proven track record of shipping impressive products with thousands of real users.
• Drive and willingness to work hard, contributing to a highly ambitious and driven team.
• Experience in web3 technologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and blockchain technology.
• Experience in building scalable applications.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
