About the Role

InStride Health is looking for a Remote Senior Forecasting Analyst to lead our forecasting initiatives. As a key player in our analytics team, you will leverage your expertise to enhance our predictive modeling capabilities, ensuring we deliver the best care possible.

• Own and manage the enterprise forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Continuously monitor and refine forecasting models to adapt to changing business environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical modeling tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience in the healthcare or HealthTech industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
