We are looking for a Remote Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Signifyd. In this role, you will help our enterprise customers thrive by ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance. As a Remote Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and retention, ultimately helping our clients grow their businesses.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the customer lifecycle to proactively drive adoption and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention of a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Project manage the customer onboarding process to successful deployment by leading and coordinating internal and external activities.
  • Work extensively with various cross-functional teams to orchestrate service infrastructure around client needs.
  • Identify and successfully close renewals and expansion opportunities within your book of business.
  • Have full ownership of commercial activities such as opportunity management and contract workflows.
  • Understand your customers’ pain points, initiatives, and business goals, and identify how Signifyd can partner to achieve their goals.
  • Use knowledge of the Signifyd platform to advise on best practices around product usage with end-users.
  • Develop collateral and conduct regular business reviews with client executive teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, fraud prevention, and payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and customer onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with the Signifyd platform or similar fraud prevention tools.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
