Property and Facilities PMO Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Property and Facilities PMO Specialist to join our dynamic team at BT Group. This remote PMO Specialist position plays a crucial role in supporting our Project Management Office by ensuring consistent governance, reporting, and delivery practices across various projects and programs. You will manage multiple responsibilities, including process compliance, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis, to enable successful project outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, frameworks, and methodologies across all projects.
- Maintain documentation templates, process guides, and compliance checklists.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Track project performance against scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain a programme management system using MS365 power apps or similar.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MS365 Power Applications.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement strategies.
