We are seeking a Remote Senior Director of Global Support to lead our dedicated team at Elite Technology. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cloud capabilities and aligning them with our SaaS objectives. What You'll Do

• Provide strategic and tactical direction to enhance Elite's cloud service offerings.
• Define and implement new processes to ensure the organization is SaaS ready.
• Drive team performance by meeting key KPIs set by the VP of Global Support and Executive Leadership.
• Oversee operational activities that improve cloud services and proactively maintain client cloud systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to define support cloud processes and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Regularly engage with customers to build strong relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a SaaS environment, particularly in support or operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements based on key metrics.
• Experience in managing remote teams across different time zones.
