About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Bugcrowd. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and operating scalable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and reliability tooling. As a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer, you will partner closely with engineering teams to enhance delivery velocity, system resilience, and operational excellence for our cloud-native security platform.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting microservices-based architectures.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
- Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters and supporting platform services.
- Enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting for production systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and reduce operational toil.
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools, particularly Kubernetes.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
